Digital Delivery & Download Policy

Construction Companion USA supplies downloadable, state-specific U.S. construction contract templates to U.S. customers. No UK contract editions are sold through this store. No physical products are shipped. You will not receive a printed contract in the mail.

How delivery works

After successful payment, your order is processed and download access is normally made available through the checkout confirmation, a delivery email, or the download method shown with your order. Access may take longer if payment is pending, a security review is required, or a technical issue occurs.

Receiving your documents

Use an email address you can access, and check your inbox and spam or junk folder for order and download messages. Download and keep a copy of your purchased documents for your business records. Delivery methods may vary by product and the digital-delivery service used at checkout.

Download not received or link not working?

Email support@constructioncompanioncontracts.com and include your order number and the email used at checkout. We will investigate access problems and take reasonable steps to restore delivery. Please do not purchase the product again solely because the link has not arrived.

Using the correct state edition

Where a product requires selection of a U.S. state, check that the order and delivered document correspond to your intended state and type of work. Please tell us promptly if the wrong edition was supplied. You are responsible for checking legal suitability before using the document.

18 months of updates

Where stated on the product page, your one-time purchase includes access to updates we make available for that purchased product for 18 months after your purchase date. This is not a subscription. The availability and delivery of an update do not mean the document is guaranteed to meet every current requirement for your particular project. Continue to check applicable laws and obtain legal review where appropriate.

Refunds and legal rights

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Our digital purchases are generally final after access is provided, subject to any non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
