Construction Companion USA sells downloadable, state-specific U.S. construction contract templates to customers in the United States. This is our U.S. contract store; we do not offer UK contract editions here. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Digital products and final sales
Our products are digital downloads, not physical goods. All purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the downloadable documents have been supplied or made accessible. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital products. Exceptions apply where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable U.S. federal or state law, or where we expressly agree to provide one.
Cancellation requests
If you need to cancel an order before digital access has been provided, contact us immediately. We will review your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or access has been made available. Any applicable rights under U.S. federal or state law take precedence over this policy.
Problems with your purchase
Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive access to your purchased product, received an incorrect document, or believe the content is defective or materially different from its description. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a corrected copy or replacement, or issue a refund as required by law.
Choosing the right document and state
Please review the product description and select the correct trade, type of work, and state before buying. Choosing an unsuitable document or changing your mind after accessing it does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to any rights you have under applicable U.S. law. Contact us promptly if you selected the wrong edition so we can review your options.
No promised legal outcome
The fact that a document does not achieve a particular commercial or legal result is not, by itself, proof that the digital product was defective. Our Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Service explain that you are responsible for evaluating and adapting the document to your project and applicable laws. Nothing in those terms limits a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to request assistance
Email support@constructioncompanioncontracts.com with your order number, the product purchased, and an explanation of the problem. Please do not email sensitive personal information or confidential project documents unless necessary and agreed with our support team.
Applicable consumer protections remain in effect. This policy does not waive any rights, payment dispute protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under U.S. federal or state law.
